Where Are Products From Lone Star Art Made and Shipped From?
All of our products are made and ship from the USA. Most are produced in our studio in Tomball, TX.
When Will I Get My Art?
We make all of our products specifically for you when we order. Within the US, expect your item within 7-10 business days of purchase.
What Is Your Guarantee?
We guarantee our products to be free of production errors or product defects. If there is a quality issue with your order, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange for the same item, or immediate full refund. Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect. All refunds or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt. We want your order to be made just the way you want it! We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us!) Please review your personalization and order details before submitting your order. Check spelling, dates and names carefully. You are welcome to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have questions about personalization, before placing your order. Understandably, we are not able to accept cancellations or changes to orders once the product has been printed NOTE: LoneStarArt.com also reserves the right to cancel your order at its discretion should the order be deemed inappropriate for language, content or material. Understandably, no refunds can be issued for orders delayed (either shipping cost or merchandise value) due to adverse weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstance that may affect LoneStarArt.com or any of our carriers. Shipping Information & Rates
Economy shipping service is available to the contiguous 48 United States. Orders are shipped out Monday through Friday. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for personalization process and additional 4 to 6 business days for shipping time with average delivery between 6 to 10 business days after the order is placed. (with longer transit time in remote and rural areas) Orders can ship via: UPS, FedEx, or USPS Shipping schedule and/or times are subject to change during the holidays
Will I Receive an Order and Shipping Confirmation?
Orders totaling $75 or more after any discounts receive FREE SHIPPING. Order that total less than $75 pay a modest $4.99 for regular shipping. You will receive confirmation from us by email as soon as your order is received which will include your order details and shipping information. You will also receive confirmation from us by email as soon as your order ships that will include tracking numbers with links for quick and easy tracking! We also highly recommend opting in to receive text message tracking updates when you check out.
Can I Change Or Cancel My Order?
